Sunday School and Youth Ministry
SUNDAY SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
Sunday school is a training ground for Church members and children. Once children are converted, they are taught the main teachings of the Church. The lessons of Sunday school are prepared in such a way that they emphasize the main Christian doctrines and practices of New Life ACOJ, Inc.
Sunday school is one of the church’s most powerful ways to affirm the Word of God as the foundation for living the Christian life. It is the place where we teach the vital importance of Scripture to our babies, children, youth, young adults, and adults and disciple them in their Christian walk. It is our way of fulfilling the Great Commission of reaching the lost at any cost. Our Sunday school motto is “Changing Lives for Jesus Christ”.

SUNSHINE BAND AND AYPU
Our Sunshine Band and Apostolic Young People Union ministry, also commonly referred to as Sunshine Band and AYPU, is an age-specific religious ministry of organization, usually from ages 6 to 35, whose mission is to involve and engage with young people who attends ministry, or who live in the community. This part of the New Life ACOJ, Inc. Auxiliaries in Action focus is on the youth ministry which usually encompasses one or more of the following:
- Encouraging young people (whether they have professed the faith or not) to learn more about Jesu and the Apostles Doctrine and to become more involved in a spiritual life.
- Providing open youth sessions or other activities for the common good of the young people, sometimes without an overtly religious agenda.
- Also, to prepare to attend the National Youth Sunday School, AYPU and Sunshine Band Convention to present an annual King and Queen and to achieve educationally to receive a Scholarship to attend College.
