A Vision Rooted in Apostolic Legacy
Founded by Apostle, Dr. Alex L. Jenkins, Sr., and led alongside Lead Pastor, Dr. Latrina W. Jenkins, The Empowerment Center stands as a beacon of hope and spiritual vitality in a world desperate for truth.
Born out of a divine mandate to raise up a generation of Spirit-filled believers, the Center remains grounded in the Oneness Apostolic Pentecostal faith tradition—upholding the name of Jesus, the power of the Holy Ghost, and the foundational truths of the Apostles’ doctrine.
What Happens at The Empowerment Center?

The Empowerment Center offers a variety of services, ministries, and outreach initiatives that cater to the whole person—spirit, soul, and body.
· Sunday Morning Worship: A power-packed encounter with God that includes dynamic praise, soul-stirring preaching, and altar ministry.
· Tuesday Testimony & Teaching (Testimony Tuesday): Uplifting stories of deliverance, healing, and transformation, followed by rich teaching to build the believer.
· Empowerment Classes: Mid-week Bible study, youth empowerment, and Christian education designed to deepen your walk with Christ.
· Prayer Gatherings: Spirit-led intercession zones and 24-hour prayer tree initiatives that keep the church covered and connected to heaven.
· Community Outreach: Clothing drives, food distribution, youth mentorship programs, and more—because ministry goes beyond the four walls.
A Church Without Walls
In line with the vision to be 70% virtual and 30% face-to-face, The Empowerment Center is also a digital sanctuary. Weekly services, classes, and live broadcasts reach viewers across the nation through platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
